Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement test cases for application-level and OS components in embedded systems.
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of OS services, middleware, and application interfaces.
Validate the correct usage of cryptographic functions in end-to-end system use cases.
Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
Track test coverage and requirement traceability to ensure completeness and compliance.
Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks and test environments.
Document test results and contribute to test reports and quality metrics for internal and customer communication.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of embedded operating systems (e.g., Linux, RTOS) and application-level software.
Experience in test planning, test case development, and defect tracking.
Familiarity with cryptographic APIs and secure software validation practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for test automation.
Experience with debugging tools and system-level log analysis.
Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART) and hardware-software interaction.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
