You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Ensure timely project delivery - Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) - Strong understanding of SAP QM processes - Experience in SAP QM configuration - Knowledge of SAP QM integration with other modules - Hands-on experience in SAP QM testing Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
