15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application solutions meet business needs, guiding the development process, and addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align application architecture with organizational goals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in key decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. - Familiarity with integration patterns and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based in Mumbai. - Person should have expertise in SAP Solution Architecture skillset. - A 15 years full time education is required (B.E. / B. Tech. / M. Tech / MCA/ MBA) - Experience of designing the solution architecture for ERP and integration of ERP with other applications.
