You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems. With your expertise in Core Banking and extensive experience in Packaged Application Development, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters Oversee the entire application development process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Core Banking Experience with Packaged Application Development Strong understanding of software engineering principles Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in application development Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Core Banking This position is based at our Gurugram office 15 years of full-time education is required Qualifications 15yrs of full time education
