Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:1. Expected to be an SME2. Collaborate and manage the team to perform3. Responsible for team decisions4. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions5. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams6. Lead the application development process7. Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders 8. Implement best practices for application design and configuration Professional & Technical Skills:1. Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management2. Strong understanding of cloud-based application development3. Experience in leading application design and configuration projects4. Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionalities 5.
