SummaryAs an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that applications meet the required specifications and performance standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of best practices in application development and configuration, ensuring that all processes align with organizational goals and standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor application performance and implement necessary improvements.

Skills:

Proficiency in Solarwinds Administration.

Strong understanding of application design and configuration.

Experience with performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Solarwinds Administration.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
