Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the application design and development process.- Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
