Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ILM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ILM and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).

Good To Have Skills:Experience in SAP Data Archiving, SAP Document Management, and SAP Master Data Governance.

Solid understanding of SAP ILM architecture, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.

Experience in leading and delivering SAP ILM projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP ILM solutions.
