Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Microsoft SQL Server Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : minimum of 15 years of education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server. Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL querying. Experience in designing and optimizing database structures. Knowledge of database security and data integrity. Experience with performance tuning and query optimization. Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A minimum of 15 years of education is required. Qualification minimum of 15 years of education
