Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the application development process- Ensure effective communication among team members- Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow- Strong understanding of IT service management processes- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and integrations- Experience in leading application development projects Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in ServiceNow- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
