Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Lead the application development process effectively Ensure seamless communication among team members and stakeholders Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP for Banking Strong understanding of SAP architecture and functionalities Experience in leading application development projects Knowledge of banking industry regulations and compliance requirements Hands-on experience in configuring SAP applications for banking operations Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP for Banking This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
