Must have skills : SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. Manage the entire application development process, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment. Ensure the successful implementation of applications within the specified timeline and budget. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the development process. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application development process. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). Strong understanding of SAP GRC principles, processes, and best practices. Experience in designing and implementing SAP GRC solutions. Knowledge of SAP security concepts and authorization management. Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Security and Authorization Management. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
