Must have skills : SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Any Graduate Summary :As an Application Lead for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:12+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) development and implementation. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform. Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) business processes and integration with other SAP modules. Experience with SAP PM configuration, including maintenance planning, work order management, and preventive maintenance. Experience with SAP PM development, including enhancements, customizations, and integrations. Experience with SAP PM data migration and data conversion. Experience with SAP PM testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Drive & lead workshop, sound understanding & consolidating business needs, S4 knowledge is must, well versed with core module Added advantage - oil & gas exp. Qualification Any Graduate
