> Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor DSAs to develop a strong LAP distribution channel.Role &
responsibilities.
> Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for LAP disbursements in the prime segment.
> Cultivate strong relationships with DSAs, ensuring pipeline conversion and retention.
> Analyze market trends and competitor offerings; recommend growth strategies and campaign
initiatives.
> Ensure DSAs adhere to Infinas policies, including proper KYC, documentation, and adherence
to RBI guidelines.
> Maintain dashboards, generate MIS reports, and liaise with internal teams Credit, Operations,
Marketing to ensure smooth execution.
