Application Engineer - Enterprise Service Management (ESM)

As an Application Engineer at SAP, you will play a crucial role in developing the new Enterprise Service Management platform based on SAP ESM. Working closely with product owners, process consultants, and technical experts, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions for various lines of business such as HR, Finance & Administration, Learning, and Sales. In your daily work, you will: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of the Enterprise Service Management platform. - Design, implement, and optimize solutions for different lines of business within SAP. - Work closely with product owners, process consultants, and technical experts to ensure successful project delivery. - Contribute to the harmonization and optimization of SAP's business support processes on the ESM@SAP platform. To be successful in this role, you should: - Have a strong background in application engineering and development. - Possess experience working with SAP ESM or similar platforms. - Demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Be proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented in your approach to problem-solving.
