Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Equipment selection / Cost Estimation / Quotation .
Preparing Technical Submittal.
Preparation of Cost sheet and getting it approved by Sales Engineer/Sales Manager.
Tracking the project based on enquiry from customers.
Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule
select unit models and quote based on price list & Cost Sheet.
Preparation of Compliances.
Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval.
Sending the order acknowledgement to customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience, specifically in Air Conditioning
Should be able to prepare the selection of AC units & Fans, quotation and submittals .
Should be able to select the Ecology/FAHU/HRU/AHU and FCU as per local norms or specification from
the software.
Should be able to select the required fans as per local norms or specification from the software
Knowledge about the Google sheets and Docs or MS office is an added advantage.
Reading of AutoCAD drawings.
