SUMMARY: As a Software Engineering Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering software and platform services to our internal clients. You will be a leader in a team of talented software engineers, helping maintain and enhance our capabilities. You will collaborate closely with technology, product, and business stakeholders to ensure that our services meet our clients needs. You will be responsible for guiding the strategy, culture, and coding best practices within the team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Be a leader in designing, developing, and deploying applications to cloud and on-prem environments Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development Work on technical documents, code, and deployments Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, product, and business stakeholders Asses technical debt and risk and work with stakeholders to balance the workload Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline constraints Act as a point of contact for technical escalations and provide timely resolutions Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback REQUIRED SKILLS: 11+ years of relevant engineering experience Experience working in a Healthcare Organization 6+ years of experience with designing and consuming REST APIs (preferably ASP.NET) 6+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular) Experience working with Relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or equivalent) Experience working in a Cloud Environment (AWS, Azure, etc.) Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins) Logging tools (Splunk, Kafka, New Relic) Data visualization libraries / tools (Fusion Charts, HighCharts, Plotly, Tableau) Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills 5+yrs exp into Angular (version 17 & above) 6+ yrs .NET Any cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP) 4yrs exp in SQL, CI/CD Stakeholder management General shift Healthcare domain preferred Location & Hours of Work Hyderabad /General Shift (11:30 AM - 8:30 PM IST / 1:00 AM - 10:00 AM EST / 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM EDT) Equal Opportunity Statement Evernorth is an Equal Opportunity Employer actively encouraging and supporting organization-wide involvement of staff in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to educate, inform and advance both internal practices and external work with diverse client populations About Evernorth Health Services
