8+ Overall Experience, Proven expertise in JBPM (Java Business Process Management) for developing and integrating process management solutions / Drools / Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM) or IBM Process Automation Manager (IBMPAM)

Advanced proficiency in Java for designing and developing scalable, robust, high-performance microservices and applications that meet enterprise requirements.

Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration for process and rule services.

Experience with development environments and automation tools like Maven or Jenkins for build and deployment processes.

Good understanding of version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, document technical and business processes, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and participate in code reviews.

Strong analytical skills and capability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and efficient solutions.
