Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with strong backend development experience to join our RTH-Y FSS team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, cloud-native applications using AWS and modern backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java
Build and manage cloud-native applications on AWS
Develop event-driven systems using Apache Kafka
Create and manage serverless applications using AWS Lambda
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
Follow best practices in software development, security, and DevOps

Mandatory Skills:

3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in:
- AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc)
- Apache Kafka
- AWS Lambda
- Terraform
- Java
Strong backend development experience
Experience in building and deploying scalable applications

Secondary / Good to Have Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of RESTful APIs
Exposure to containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
