Application Developer

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Continuously assess and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
