Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Application Developer RPA (Automation Anywhere) to design, build, configure, and support end-to-end RPA solutions. You will work across the RPA lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and playing a key role in ensuring efficient and stable automation delivery. This is a hands-on technical role requiring advanced Automation Anywhere expertise and a commitment to quality and performance.
________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Serve as Lead/Senior Developer for Automation Anywhere (AA) RPA projects.• Collaborate with Business Transformation team, & SMEs to understand automation requirements.• Conduct technical feasibility analysis of proposed automation use cases.• Contribute to or prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).• Design and develop scalable, maintainable Automation Anywhere workflows.• Perform code reviews to enforce AA development best practices.• Build reusable utilities, frameworks, and subcomponents to optimize solution architecture.• Provide hands-on support across SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-deployment phases.• Lead or assist in bot troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution in production.• Perform environment housekeeping and data / code cleanup as part of ongoing support.• Ensure high-quality delivery through proper documentation, version control, and release management.________________________________________Required Technical Skills & Experience• 3+ years of RPA experience with Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred).• Automation Anywhere Advanced Certification – Must Have• Automation Anywhere Master Certification – Good to Have• Solid experience with AA core concepts including:• Work Queues, RE Framework• Credential Vault, Error Handling• OCR/PDF Extraction• Attended and Unattended Bot Architecture• Hands-on expertise in bot development, deployment, and ongoing support.• Strong command of text manipulation and pattern matching using Regular Expressions (Regex) – Must Have.• Proficiency in automating Excel tasks using VBA – Highly Desired.• Good understanding of Citrix environments and OCR integrations.• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance on bot design, coding, testing, and issue resolution.• Familiarity with infrastructure aspects of RPA such as bot runners, control room configuration, etc., is a plus.• Basic to intermediate proficiency in:o SQL (MS SQL Server Management Studio)o Version control tools (SVN, GitHub)o Project and ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)o Collaboration tools (MS Teams, Outlook)________________________________________Soft Skills & Professional Attributes• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders.• Flexible, adaptable, and open to learning new tools, methodologies, and platforms.• Demonstrated ability to work independently or under minimal supervision.• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery is a plus.________________________________________Nice to Have• Exposure to other RPA tools like UiPath.• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD in the RPA context.• Experience in setup of multi bot Arch and bot scaling preferred
