Role 1: Application Developer – L3 (Senior Developer)

Experience:

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end applications to unlock opportunities for users.
  
• Design scalable solution architectures.
  
• Build

  clean, modular workflows

  using reusable components for maintainability and scalability.
• Perform

  database & schema design

  , including tables, relationships, constraints, indexing, and normalization.
• Write

  optimized expressions

  considering execution time, resource use, and algorithmic complexity.
• Conduct

  functional testing

  (manual + automated).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine solution requirements.
  
• Manage

  end-to-end implementation

  , deployment, and post-production support.
• Track and measure milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong experience in building applications.
  
• Familiarity with

  databases, table design, schema design

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Java & JavaScript

  .
• Experience writing

  expressions and workflows

  .
• Ability to write, execute & maintain manual and automated tests.
  
• B.Tech / BE / MCA (preferably in Computer Science).
  
• Excellent communication skills.

Role 2: Application Developer – L2 (Intermediate Developer)

Experience:

Responsibilities

(Same core responsibilities as L3 with moderate complexity and guided ownership)

• Implement end-to-end applications.
  
• Build clean, structured workflows for scalable systems.
  
• Support database & schema design for optimal performance.
  
• Write efficient expressions ensuring performance and scalability.
  
• Perform manual & automated functional testing.
  
• Work with engineering teams for requirement clarification.
  
• Support application implementation, deployment, and post-production activities.
  
• Track and report progress on allocated tasks.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in application development.
  
• Good understanding of

  databases, schema design

  and workflows.
• Familiarity with

  Java & JavaScript

  .
• Experience writing workflows, expressions, and test scripts.
  
• B.Tech / BE / MCA (preferably Computer Science).
  
• Good communication & collaboration skills.
