A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and guidance to team members while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in developing dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key metrics. - Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
