You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable solutions that enhance the learning management systems (LMS) experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Implement and maintain application features and enhancements. - Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Learning Management Systems (LMS) technology. - Assist in the deployment and integration of applications with other systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with web development frameworks such as React or Angular. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
