Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions and ensure seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform system testing and debugging to ensure applications meet quality standards. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on application functionalities. - Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features and functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customization. - Experience in developing and implementing CRM solutions. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Hands-on experience with CRM SDK and REST API. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A Any Btech degree is required.
