You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with the organization's needs and goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features. - Develop high-quality code adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications as needed. - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Duck Creek Policy. - Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies. - Hands-on experience with configuration and customization of Duck Creek Policy applications.
