Your typical day will revolve around creating solutions that align with organizational needs and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior professionals- Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Organizational Management- Strong understanding of SAP HR modules- Experience in SAP implementation projects- Knowledge of SAP data structures and configurations- Hands-on experience in SAP system integration Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Organizational Management- This position is based at our Nagpur office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
