Must have Skills :Salesforce Service CloudGood to Have Skills : Informatica PowerCenterJob Requirements :Key Responsibilities :1Lead end-to-end implementation collaborating with the delivery manager client to deliver Salesforce solutions, including gathering client requirements, designing the solution and overseeing development and deployment 2Work as a Salesforce expert with focus on advanced Salesforce Service, CTI solutions experience Cloud functionalities 3Work as a salesforce expert supporting with pre-sales, client workshop KTs 4Provide technical guidance to leads/developers to ensure successful project delivery Technical Experience :1 Expert Salesforce lead/manager with 9 years of hands-on experience 2 Proven experience in project management activities3 Expert in delivering E2E complex solutions on salesforce platform with focus on Service, Experience clouds including CTI Integrations4 Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL programming web technologies like HTML/CSS JavaScript5 Experience with VCS and deployment tools for Salesforce, such as Salesforce DX and Git Professional Attributes :1 Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders 2 Demonstrated ability to lead teams understand business processes pain points translate them into effective technical solutions Educational Qualification:Regular 15 - year fulltime EducationAdditional Info :Required certifications are Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant/PD1 Qualification Regular 15 - year fulltime Education
