The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks.This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence. Summary:we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll to lead large-scale transformation programs for our global clients. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Payroll Cloud, combined with proven leadership, delivery, and stakeholder management skills.As a Senior Manager, you will play a strategic role in guiding clients through their cloud transformation journey, overseeing project delivery, managing teams, and ensuring high client satisfaction.Roles & Responsibilities:While the business situation / problem is given you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging s GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle , and other providers. Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery:requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption. Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions across multiple geographies. Serve as the primary client contact for Payroll functional areas, ensuring business requirements are translated effectively into Oracle HCM configurations. Provide expert guidance on Oracle Payroll capabilities, statutory requirements, localization, and compliance aspects. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical developers, and testers. Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes on transformation programs. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource planning. Drive business development activities including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations. Contribute to thought leadership and capability development within the Oracle HCM Cloud practice.Professional & Technical
Skills:
  • Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) demonstrated through project implementationsStrong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects. Must To Have Skills :1520 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations. Experience in at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations (including global and country-specific payrolls). Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements, Costing, and legislative compliance. Exposure to localizations for multiple countries (e.g., India, UK, US, Netherlands, UAE etc.). Understanding of integrations with third-party systems and Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management). Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex client engagements. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Oracle Cloud Payroll certification (preferred but not mandatory).Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
