Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions and configurations for various business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME in Siebel Order Management- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior professionals- Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Order Management, PSP and Pricing Engine.- Strong understanding of Siebel Quote to Order Process.- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle- Experience in designing and implementing complex application configurations Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
