Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the development and implementation of new software applications.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Organizational Management.- Strong understanding of SAP HCM Personnel Administration.- Experience with data migration and integration in SAP HCM.- Knowledge of SAP HCM security and authorization concepts.- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and customization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Organizational Management.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
