You will play a crucial role in developing solutions to enhance business operations and meet organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior professionals- Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration- Strong understanding of SAP Payroll Processing- Experience with SAP Time Management- Hands-on experience in SAP Organizational Management- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Integration- Good To Have Skills: SAP HCM Talent Management Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
