Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Develop and implement software solutions to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with team members to design and build applications.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with HR Technology Strategy.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).- Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
