Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR functionality and related technologies. Experience in developing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications. Experience in developing technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
