You will work closely with the team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and conducting testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Design, develop, and test applications based on business process and application requirements. Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and deployment processes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IBM Tivoli Netcool. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience in designing and building applications based on business requirements. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. Experience with version control systems and software testing frameworks. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM Tivoli Netcool. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
