Project Role :Application Developer

Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project goals, engaging in discussions to brainstorm solutions, and actively participating in the development process to ensure that applications are tailored to the needs of the business. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and refining applications based on user feedback, ensuring that the final product aligns with both technical specifications and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Proficiency in Pega Platform.- Experience with application design and development methodologies.- Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation.- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Pega applications with other systems.- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Pega Platform.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education and Mandatory Pega CSA CSSA is required. Qualification 15 years full time education and Mandatory Pega CSA CSSA
