Summary:The Prompt Engineer / AI HR Analyst plays a hybrid role at the intersection of HR domain expertise and applied artificial intelligence. This position is responsible for designing, optimizing, and evaluating prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate and enhance HR processes. The role will partner with HR functional leaders to embed generative AI into processes such as talent acquisition, employee queries, performance feedback, and policy generation, ensuring responsible AI use and data privacy compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Prompt Engineering & Optimizationo Develop effective prompts for various HR workflows including policy explanation, employee query resolution, and document summarization.o Fine-tune and iterate prompts based on performance, tone, accuracy, and hallucination risk.o Design test suites for prompt evaluation, including bias detection and output consistency.- HR Process Enablement via AIo Partner with HR operations and COEs to identify AI-enabled use cases across the employee lifecycle.o Integrate LLMs into HR applications such as chatbots, onboarding tools, and HR portals.o Collaborate with engineering teams for embedding prompts into backend services and APIs.   • Proficiency in HR Analytics.- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.- Experience with data visualization tools to present findings effectively.- Ability to design and implement HR metrics and dashboards.- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques to support decision-making.
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in HR Analytics.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
