Must have skills : Kronos Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an UKG application tester, typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, test solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that application's quality. Roles & Responsibilities:- UKG functional experience in products/modules Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management, Reporting- Technical experience in :Inbound integrations to UKG from HCM (Oracle preferably) andOutbound integrations from UKG to HCM(Oracle preferably)- UKG processes and reports to support the products/modules- Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UKG - Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management, Reporting.- Strong understanding of application.- Experience with system integration and data migration testing.- Familiarity with user interface design principles.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
