Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.Should have knowledge of Exchange 2016 & 2019- Strong troubleshooting skill for both Servers side as well as User side & quick problem solver- Good in Communication Skill Verbal as well as Written as they need to work in global environment- Should be able to work in 24 * 5 as per business requirements- Flexible to work over the weekend as per the business requirements- Should be able to work in BAU as well as assigned migrations tasks- Providing any Post Migration Support to the end users- Should be well versed with ITIL Framework and policies- Candidate to ensure he is well aware with Incident, Problem Management & Change Management policies of each organizationCandidate to ensure that all Nomura Compliance & IT Security policies are followed rigorously.Nice to have skills:- Power shell scripting knowledge to automation of any assigned work Professional & Technical
