Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams, to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Ensure that project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and technical specifications, are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong program and project management skills, including experience in banking domain Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Program Project Management.
