Must have skills : Micro Focus LoadRunner, C (Programming Language), Java, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions and contribute to key decisions in application development projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Lead the team in implementing best practices for application development Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback for improvement Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance application development processes Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies Experience in designing and executing load and stress tests Knowledge of scripting languages for performance testing Hands-on experience in analyzing test results and identifying performance bottlenecks LRE experience of more than 9+ yrs Experience in Leading Diverse Teams Hands-On Expert in Scripting with LoadRunner (has to be able to Mentor junior resources and help solve issues they can't solve)oMust have experience with many protocols (HTTPS/Webservices/TruClient) ?CITRIX, SAP, JAVA, C, .NET, MQ, LDAP, etc., are all a plus. Role is 50% hand-on building/fixing/running performance tests, 50% management of 10-15 resources including providing guidance re:strategy. Position must be in Pune. Ideally resource would have experience in either SAP or Salesforce Resource needs to have experience in at least one APM tool (DynaTrace, New Relic, Data Dog, AppDynamics, etc) Experience in installing/configuring/upgrading LoadRunner Enterprise instances is a plus. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner This position is based at our Pune office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
