Your day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business needs and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure applications align with business needs. - Enhance operational efficiency through application design. - Provide technical expertise in application design and development. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT operations management principles. - Knowledge of application design best practices. - Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
