15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and creating application designs that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. You will also engage in iterative discussions to refine designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while continuously seeking innovative solutions to improve application functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in regular feedback sessions with team members to enhance application design and functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with user interface design and user experience best practices. - Familiarity with agile development processes and tools. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
