Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into functional designs, ensuring applications align with organizational goals and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Need experienced Prism and reporting skilled resource Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead design discussions to gather requirements Develop application design specifications Conduct design reviews and provide feedback Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics, Need experienced Prism and reporting skilled resource Strong understanding of data visualization techniques Experience with designing and implementing complex applications Knowledge of integration methods and tools Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics This position is based at our Bengaluru office A Need experienced Prism and reporting skilled resource is required Qualification Need experienced Prism and reporting skilled resource
