Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating design specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with the overall business objectives. You will also engage in discussions with team members to refine designs and address any challenges that arise during the development process, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance testing efficiency. - Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with application design principles and software development life cycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
