Your day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business needs and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Design applications to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure applications align with business needs. Enhance operational efficiency through application design. Provide technical expertise in application design and development. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management. Strong understanding of IT operations management principles. Knowledge of application design best practices. Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
