Must have skills : ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and enhancing user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. Perform code reviews and provide feedback to improve application quality. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Assist in the testing and deployment of applications. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB solutions. Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS for ServiceNow customization. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This position is based at our Thiruvananthapuram office.
