Must have skills : ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Good to have skills : Servicenow Tools Administration Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Engineering with ServiceNow Certification Summary :As a ServiceNow ITSM Hardware Asset Management (ITAM) Application Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with the ServiceNow platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ITAM solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design applications to meet business process and application requirements. Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet ITAM solution requirements. Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITAM workflows, forms, and reports. Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow ITAM solutions. Ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow ITAM solutions by conducting testing and troubleshooting. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM Hardware Asset Management (ITAM). Good To Have Skills:Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration. Experience in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform. Experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow ITAM workflows, forms, and reports. Strong understanding of ITAM best practices and industry standards. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM Hardware Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
