Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating design specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with business objectives. You will also engage in discussions with team members to refine designs and address any challenges that arise during the development process, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Design and document application specifications to ensure alignment with business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and project management practices. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. At least 2 end to end implementation experiences. Experience with brownfield implementation. Good exposure to analyzing issues and come up with solution.
