Job Summary:

The Application cum Training Manager is responsible for managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business applications while designing and delivering training programs to ensure effective system usage across the organization. This dual role ensures that both the technical and human aspects of application deployment are efficiently managed maximizing productivity, system adoption, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Management:

Oversee implementation, configuration, and administration of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, LMS, HRMS, etc.).

Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and end-users to ensure applications meet business needs.

Manage system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and user access control.

Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and security.

Maintain documentation related to system processes, updates, and configurations.

2. Training & Development:

Design and deliver training programs (in-person and online) for employees on business applications and digital tools.

Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.

Develop user manuals, e-learning modules, and quick reference guides for applications.

Coordinate onboarding sessions for new employees focused on software tools and systems.

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.

3. Coordination & Support:

Serve as the bridge between the IT department and end-users for application-related issues.

Provide functional support for application-related queries and escalations.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technology and organizational goals.

Support digital transformation initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.
